By His Excellency FRANCIS HENRY May, Companion of the Most Distinguished Order of Saing Michael and Saint George, the Officer Administering the Government of the Colony of Hongkong and its Dependencies, and Vice-Admimi of the same, oder the authority of the Chinese Passengers Act, 1855, Section 3,

Whereas by Section 3 of the Chines Passengers Act, 1855, it is enacted that it shall be lawful for the Governor of Hongkong by Proclamation for the purposes of the said Act among other things to alter the Scale of Medicines and Medical Comforts contained in Schedule A to the said Aet annexel. Now, therefore, J. FRANCIS HENRY MAY, Companion of the Most Distinguished Order of Maint Miguel and Saint George, the Officer Administering the Government and Commander-in-Chief of tho Colony of Hongkong and its Dependencies, and Vice-Admiral of the same, unler and by virme of the powers conferred on rue by the said Act, do hereby Prochim and Declare, that the Scale of Medicines and Medical Comforts hereunder written, shall, from and after the date hereof, be substituted for the Seade of Medicines containeil in Schedule A to the wall Act :--
