Made by the Governor in Council, under the provisions of Section 49 of Ordinance No. 6 of 1989, this 18th day of January, 1896.

Regulation No. 6 of the 16th day of March, 1891, amending Regulation No. 6 of the 16th day of December, 1889, as well as the said Regulation No. 6 of the 16th day of December, 1889, are hereby paulled.
