E it enacted by the Governor of Hongkong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof, as follows:-

1. This Ordinance shall be read and construed together with Ordinance No. 26 of 1891 as smeaded by Ordinance No. 9 of 1892.

£. Sub-section 2 of section 6 of Ordinance No. 26 of 1891 is hereby amended by inserting after the word **loava" in the second line thereof the words "

or attempt to leave."
