A Principal Government Engineer, Mr Tang retired in July 1994 from the post of Deputy Director of Highways, having played a part in many major infrastructural projects. He also contributed to engineering education, both as a teacher and as an examiner.
Mr Johnny Wan Chung-yiu
Mr Wan joined the Hong Kong Government service as a clerk in 1955 and spent 25
years with the Royal Hong Kong Police Force. He has also served with the City and New Territories Administration, Civil Aid Services and Highways Department and was promoted to Senior Executive Officer in 1988.
Miss Nora Wong Pui-ha
Miss Wong has worked for the Hong Kong Association for the Mentally Handicapped for nearly 16 years and has been General Secretary of the association since 1989. She serves on a number of committees and bodies dealing with matters concerning disabled persons and rehabilitation.

Mr Anthony John Ferrige, CPM
Mr Ferrige has had a long and varied career in the Police Force, which he joined in 1963, and has served mainly in the General Uniform Branch. He was Commandant of the Police Training School from 1991 to 1993 and was promoted to Assistant Commissioner in 1993.
