ADDRESSING THE TRANSDELTA CONFERENCE ORGANISED BY THE CHARTERED INSTITUTE OF TRANSPORT IN HONG KONG, MR LOK SAID A COMPREHENSIVE

HONG KONG NETWORK WAS ESSENTIAL TO EFFICIENT

VIRTUALLY ALL TIME SLOTS FROM 9.30 AM TO 11.30 PM AVAILABLE FOR FLIGHT SCHEDULING HAVE BEEN TAKEN UP. NEW FLIGHTS CAN ONLY BE FITTED INTO THE SLOTS BETWEEN 6.30 AM AND 9.30 AM.

"HOWEVER, THERE ARE PRACTICAL DIFFICULTIES IN USING THESE SLOTS REQUIRING PASSENGERS TO SET OFF FROM HOME IN THE SMALL HOURS THEIR PLACE OF DEPARTURE," HE SAID.
