(D) ANY OTHER DOCUMENTARY EVIDENCE

HAND IN THE COMPLETED CLAIM FORMS AND SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS, TOGETHER WITH THE FEE OF $10, AT THE CLAIMS CENTRE, POST THEM TO THE OFFICIAL RECEIVER'S OFFICE, REGISTRAR GENERAL'S DEPARTMENT, OR AS OTHERWISE INSTRUCTED BY STAFF.

NOTICES WILL BE PUBLISHED IN ENGLISH AND CHINESE NEWSPAPERS GIVING DETAILS OF THE SPECIAL CLAIMS PROCEDURE.
