Mr. CHENG Woo-yick
Mr. Cheng is the Principal of Kei Ho Primary School, Treasurer of the District Youth Services Council and Chairman of the Homantin (South) Area Committee, and as such prominent in youth and community activities. He is also active in district committee work associated with the Keep Hong Kong Clean and the Fight Crime
Campaigns.
Mr. CHIU Yuk-chuen
Mr. Chiu is a founder member and one of the Executive Directors of the Yuen Long District Sports Association and is currently the Chairman. He was Director of the Pok Oi Hospital 1951/54 and 1964 and has been on the Yuen Long Town Hall Management Committee since 1975. He has been instrumental in the promotion of district wide sports competitions in the New Territories.
Mr. FUNG Ka-yan
Mr. Fung has been actively engaged in promoting the welfare of taxi drivers and operators for many years and Chairman of the Kowloon Taxi Owners' Association since 1976. He has also made a substantial contribution to sport, recreation and community service as President of Mongkok Kaifong Association, Vice-President of Mongkok District Youth Recreation Coordination Committee and on other community bodies.

Mr. Fung has been a member of the Cheung Chau Rural Committee since 1961, a past Vice-Chairman and is currently the Chairman. He is enthusiastic in the promotion of cultural and recreational activities in Cheung Chau and in the District, and
He is a is actively involved in the Cheung Chau Bun Festival. current member of the Islands District Board and serves on various
sub-committees.
