Play leadership is an approach to work with young persons in
a playground in a low organised" and "less structured" manner requiring
the use of recreational and human relationship skills based on social
work principles.
Mr. Topley will be escorted by Mr. Kwok Ka-chi, Senior Principal
Social Welfare Officer (Group and Community Work).
