Grant of land to the Salesian Society
of Hong Kong for a school.

I approve the further grant to the Society by private treaty of approximately 20,800 sq.ft. of land lying along the northern and eastern borders of the land granted in 1949, on the following terms:-
(1) Nominal premium,
(ii) normal Crow rent at $1,000 per acre per annum,
(iii) user to be restricted to a non-profituraking
school,
(iv) no assignment without your consent.
