The Department's Fire Research Organisation wishes to obtain a copy of report issued by the Hong Kong Government Commission on a fire which occurred on 22nd September, 1948, in some Hong Kong tenements involving the loss of 173 lives.
I should be glad to know if the Colonial Office can provide a copy, or suggest any source from which it could be obtained.
