which has not been wound-up or which is not in the process
of being wound-up, to apply for registration as a Hong Kong
Company pursuant to the provisions of this Proclamation
provided it satisfies the Governor that provision has
made or will be made whereby upon registration pursuant to
this Ordinance the company will cease to be registered under
the laws or regulations having effect elsewhere in the domi-
nions of His Majesty where the company was registered imme–
diately prior to a registration order being made pursuant to
this Proclamation or that the company has been served by the
appropriate authority, in such place as the company was re-
gistered immediately prior to a registration order under this
Ordinance being made, with a notice that the company shall
cease to be registered in that other part of the dominions
of His Majesty at the expiration of such period as is spe-
cified in such notice.
