MEDICAL REPORT ON A.S.P. W.R. CHESTERWOODS
Mr. Chesterwoods was admitted to the Queen Mary Hospital
on 24. 10. 46 with history of diarrhoea and increasing difficulty
in evacuation for 2 months. A clinical and pathological diagnosis
of chronic ulcerative colitis was made.
A Cuecostomy was performed but patient died 4 or 5 days later ( 19. 11. 45 at 10.25 r.m. ) of acute dilatation of stomach
which failed to respond to treatment.
