of the 13th April about liaison between the Government of Hong Kong and Our Embassy in Chungking.
We have no comments to offer on the proposed despatch to Sir Mark Young. I would only ask if you would be good enough to send me two copies of the despatch as it eventually issues, so that we may send one to His Majesty's Ambassador, keeping the other on our files.
