committed the members of the Committee, while readily
agreeing to write to each of you and explain the position.
In the copy of the Report attached you will find indicated
the passages which it is proposed to omit, without marks
of deletion, from the published version. I should be
very grateful if, after considering the matter, you would let
me know whether you would see any objections to the publication
of the Report in this form.
