Between the end of October and early November, 1918, my plan of penetrating Germany, and on which I spent nearly four months with Mr. R. S. Routh, an ex-secretary of New York Chamber of Commerce, worked out so successfully, and at last the war was won according to my plans and predictions.
As to World War 11, it can also be briefly stated as hereunder that it was my original plan that Soviet-Russia should encircle Germany and Japan at their backs, instead of close allies standing back to back. My principal object was to frustrate Nazi scheme of extending their campaigns on the Western Fronts, and to prevent their troops from landing on British Isles, and by altering and opening such vase war-fields in Eastern Fronts for Germans to exhaust themselves before they could turn back and use their main resources on the Western Fronts again.
I would also add that during the retreats and defeats of the Allies in North Africa in 1942 summer campaigns, it was I who suggested that the Allies should land on Morroco for a turn of the war situation, and fought their way to Tunis, thence over to Italy; and also to land on France in 1943/44 so as to drive into Germany for the final triumphs.
Other important details will be written in a book of memoirs as soon as I have retired from my present occupation; and for the truth of the above facts, I hereby give my oath in testimony.
Meanwhile I hope Your Honor will be good enough as to bring home this matter to His Majesty King George V1 and Queen Elizabeth that it is perfectly clear that without my well-meditated plans and recommendations, the essential victories of these two World Wars could not be gained in succession, and the valuable services which I have rendered for Your Country and that of the Allies can be now considered far beyond the measures and abilities that any other persons could have ever done in the history of this world, not to mention my time and money spent towards the early terminations of such world conflicts.
As it shall always be my duty to contribute whatever means possible to attain my aim, with your full co-operation, of upholding peace and humanity in this world, I sincerely hope that
