His Excellency the Governor has been pleased to appoint,
provisionally and subject to His Majesty's pleasure, Dr. Joseph Patrick Fehily, 0.B.E., M.B., B.Ch., B.A.0. (N.U.I.), F.A.C.S., D.P.H. (Belf.), to be temporarily an Official Member of the Legislative
Council in place of the Honourable Mr. Thomas Megarry who is acting
as an ex officio member of the Legislative Council, with effect
from 1st August, 1946.
