His Excellency the Governor has been pleased to
appoint Mr. Charles Collingwood Roberts, provisionally,
and subject to His Majesty's pleasure, to be temporarily
an Unofficial Member of the Executive Council, during the
absence from the Colony of the Honourable Mr. David Fortune
Landale, with effect from the 25th October, 1946.
