Even so, sufficient accommodation is available now to enable a start to be made with preliminaries necessary for opening college. This step would permit of more accurate survey being made of accommodation and resources. At present College Vaccins Institute and General Hospital still under Army control, Portion of College about to be released and General Hospital third class warde at end March.
