Before Civil Government can be restored,
it is essential that accurate information be obtained on matters affecting the legal and judicial depart- ments and that incomplete records and registers be supplemented by other information.
Members of the public will therefore
greatly assist if in addition to complying with Regulation No. 2 (Legal Publications and Records) they also communicate any information in their possession relating to the matters in question to Capt. Botelho, Courts of Justice, 1st floor, Tel. No. 25052, even if the Regulation may not apply to
them.
