LEGAL ADVISER'S REPORT.
The Proclamations are required to give effect to the Directive on Custodianship of Property .
The Proclamations were agreed with the War
Office and copies sent to the Colonial Office.
latter has not commented which it was asked to do
if it had any objection to the form of the
Proclamations.
