belongs to the Crown, the Financial Secretary or the
Harbour Master under or by virtue of any of the
Ordinances amended by this Ordinance shall vest in and
belong to the Port Trust.
(b) All leases granted by the Financial Secretary under any of
the said Ordinances, and all licenses issued by the Harbour
Master under any such Ordinance, shall be deemed to be
leases and licences granted and issued by the Port Trust,
and the Port Trust shall have in respect of each such
lease or license the same rights and remedies and the same

liabilities and obligations as if the lease or license had
been granted or issued by the Port Trust after the appointed
day.
All rates, dues, fees, charges, moneys, liquidated and
unliqidated claims, which immediately before the appointed
day are payable to or recoverable by the Crown, the
Financial Secretary, the Harbour Master or any person on
behalf of the Crown or the Financial Secretary under or by
virtue of any of the said Ordinances or any rules,
regulations, or by-laws made under any such Ordinance shall
respectively be rates, dues, fees, charges, moneys,
liquidated and unliquidated claims payable to or recover-
able by or on behalf of the Port Trust.
(d) All suits, actions and proceedings pending immediately
before the appointed day at the suit of or on behalf of the
Crown, the Financial Secretary or the Harbour Master, under
or by virtue of any of the Ordinances, or any rules,
regulations or by-laws made under any such Ordinance,
shall respectively be suits, actions and proceedings pend-
ing at the suit of or on behalf of the Port Trust. (e) All contracts, agreements, and undertakings entered into
with and all securities lawfully given to or by the Crown, the Financial Secretary the Harbour Master, or any person on behalf of the Crown, the Financial Secretary, or the
Harbour Master under or by virtue of any of the Ordinances
or any rules, regulations or by-laws made under any such
Ordinance and in force immediately before the appointed
