Colonel Oliver Stanley to refer to my official letter of the 25th October, 1943 and to state that the small Advisory Committee set up to consider future arrangements in regard to Hong Kong University and institutions of Higher education in Malaya has
concluded its deliberations and enbodied its recommendations in a report twenty copies of which are attached for the information of Sir Cyril Asquith and the members of the Colonial Higher Education Commission.
