Finally, if they could be persuaded and/or allowed to carry out this work, I would suggest that the "Cloak and Dagger" Group be approached.
The two members whom I met at SHAUKWAN Talen and McEwan I am uncertain of the exact spelling, were quite conversant with the route back to KOWLOON and were assistants to F.W. KENDALL, another member of the same Ürganisation, whose address I was told is:-
