The provision of further
suns is dependent on the policy laid down.
After survey, suggest:-
(1) 100% reconnaissance and preparation of
dispersal areas including trenches, cost (now)
$855,000.
(ii) 100 development of concrete pens up to capacity of
sites, cost (new) $1,563,510.
(iii) Trenches exclusive of dispersal areas where possible
cost (now). Not considered desirable in the form
already tried.
(iv) Tunnels work steadily at; up to $140,250 per mon som.
