This being so, Mr. Eden is bound to ask for payment now from interest from the University funds. I am accordingly to enquire whether Colonel Oliver Stanley agrees, and if so whether he would prefer that the approach to the Hong Kong Bank should be made by the Foreign Office or through the Colonial Office.
