With reference to Your Lordship's telegram No.712 of 19th July, 1941, I have the honour to inform you that I have appointed Sir Vandeleur Molyneux Grayburn, Kt., to be an additional unofficial member of the Executive Council.
2. A copy of the instrument appointing Sir Vandeleur Grayburn is enclosed.
3. In accordance with Colonial Regulation
