at (3) herein whether the propellor and shaft, after
being condemned as unserviceable by a Board of Survey,
were disposed of by private sale, or whether the procedure prescribed by Col.Reg.No.347 and Hong Kong Stores Regulations (Allocated No.59(1) and Unallocated
No.82(1)), was observed.
The profit of $1000 on the re-sale of the articles
to Mollers Ltd suggests that the purchaser of the
"scrap" made a good bargain, and it might be as well
to ask the Governor to confirm that the above-
mentioned regulations were observed.
