work, subject to a maximum contribution of $150,000, and
to the following undertaking being obtained from the
Hong Kong Government.
(1) that the lay-out and development of the
aerodrome after the extension shall be
approved by the Air Ministry.
(2) that the extended aerodrome shall be
available without rent or other charges
(other than those for necessary maintenance)
for the accommodation of any air units which
may be stationed in Hong Kong from time to
time.
(3) that no part of the extended aerodrome shall
be disposed of except with the consent of the
Air Ministry.
On this basis My Lords sanction the immediate
payment in respect of expenditure already incurred by the
local Government of the sum of $100,000 from Air Vote 4
§.,
