for your information, a copy of correspondence with
the Admiralty regarding the sea area included in
the legal definition of the limits of the Colony.
It will be observed that, in accordance with modern
opinion in international law, the Admiralty do not
regard as justifiable a claim to jurisdiction over
waters outside the three mile limit.
