(4) Approving the construction of the new
Central Market and the alternation in the loan schedule
described in paragraphs 37 and 38 of the Treasurer's
Memorandum enclosed in the Governor's despatch of the
18th September, 1936, both of which, it is noted, will
have to be authorised by resolutions of the Legislative
Council.
(5) Approving the new form of procedure for the
introduction of the annual Estimates which the Governor
outlines in his speech to the Council.
(6) Noting that the Treasurer observes that it may
be necessary during 1937 to borrow further money to
liquidate a part of the advances from surplus balances
to loan works, and
That the Governor will no doubt inform us of any
action which he proposes to take in this connection.
