These have been considerably reduced.
Provision is being confined as far as possible to
commitments and completion of works already under
consideration. The most notable are:-

It will be noticed that the greatest
portion of this expenditure is for improvement of
roads, the desirability of which was stressed by many
of the Unofficial Members in debate.
