Representativcs in Brussels and Berne have

I should be grateful if Your
Excellency would be gɔɔd enough to inform me
of the nature of the replies returned by
these two Governments to the French
Government's representations, if any were
addressed to them. Chould the French
Government on enquiry reach the conclusion
that the attitude of the Bulgian and of the
Swiss dovernments is open to question in as
far as it is divergent from that of other
Governments concerned it would be a cause
of great satisfaction to His Majesty's
Government if the French Government would be
prepared to instruct their diplomatic
representatives to support the action taken
by His Majesty's Ambassador in Brussels and
by His Majesty's Minister in Berne.
