for this duty Mr.E. Burney, M.C.,
one of H.M's Inspectors of Schools
in this country and he will join the
P & 0. s.s. Rawal Pindi at Marseilles
on the 14th December en route for
Hong Kong. I anticipate that Mr.Burney 3.
will be able to spend some 4-6 weeks in
the Colony and on his return he will
report to me on the present schools'
organisation and make such recommendations
as he may think fit as to how it should
