5. A commission at the rate of 55 on the first $1,000,
Bị% on the next $4,000 and 1% on the balanos, or such lower
rate as the court may on the application of the Official
Administrator approve, is chargeable on the gross value of
all property received or taken possession of or otherwise
dealt with by the Official Administrator. Probate and
duties are payable in accordance with statutory scales
and are shewn in the detailed account.
