With reference to your letter of the
26th October, No.GFC/C, regarding the wireless
service in Hong Kong, I enclose for your information a copy of our telegram No.138 to Hong Kong and of
the telegram No.228 from Hong Kong in reply.
There seem to be a number of points which need
clearing up, and I think it would facilitate patters if you or Fr. Corby could come round for
