Hodsoll has asked me to reply to your letter

of the 10th February with regard to Hong Kong

wireless. He does not consider that it is

suitable for circulation to the I.C.C., but copies of the correspondence have been forwarded to the Service Departments, together with a copy of your

letter to Hodsoll.
