(b) In the case of a nurse who has already been registered on some other Supplementary Part of the Register or on the General Part of the Register--
(1) Furnish evidence on the forms prescribed that she has com- pleted a course of not less than two years' training in a General Hospital for Children approved by the Council, and has undergone systematic instruction in accordance with the Council's syllabus; and
(2) Pass the prescribed Final Examination of the Council.
V. (a). In the case of an Applicant for admission to the Supple- mentary Part of the Register containing the names of Fever Nurses—
(1) Furnish evidence on the forms prescribed that she has com- pleted a course of not less than two years' training in a Hospital for Infectious Diseases approved by the Council, and has undergone systematic instruction in accordance with the Council's syllabus; and
(2) Pass the prescribed Preliminary and Final Examinations of the Council, provided that an applicant who produces evidence of having passed the Preliminary Examination of the General Nursing Council for England and Wales or the Joint Nursing and Midwives Council (Northern Ireland) shall be exempt from passing the Preliminary Examination of the Council;
or
(b) In the case of a nurse who has already been registered on some other Supplementary Part of the Register or on the General Part of the Register-
(1) Furnish evidence on the forms prescribed that she has com- pleted a course of not less than one year's training in a Hospital for Infectious Diseases approved by the Council, and has undergone systematic instruction in accordance with the Council's syllabus; and
(2) Pass the prescribed Final Examination of the Council.
VII. CONDITIONS OF ADMISSION OF NURSES ALREADY REGISTERED IN THE DOMINIONS
23. Any person who proves to the satisfaction of the Council Registered in that she has been registered either generally as a nurse for the sick or as a nurse of some special class in any part of His Majesty's Dominions outside the United Kingdom to which Section 6 of the

Act applies for the time being shall be entitled, upon making application to the Registrar on the prescribed form, to be admitted to the appropriate part or parts of the Register on payment of the same fee as that payable in the case of an applicant under Rule 20 of these rules.
VIII. ISSUE OF A CERTIFICATE, ETC.
24. Every nurse admitted to the Register shall be granted a Certificate. certificate in the form set out in Schedule VI. to these Rules, and such certificates shall be sealed with the Seal of the Council.
25. In the event of a certificate being lost or accidentally de- Lost stroyed, the holder may apply to the Council for a new certificate, Certificate. and the Council may, if they think fit, grant another certificate upon payment of such fee not exceeding 10s. as the Council may from time to time determine. A certificate issued under this Rule shall be marked "Duplicate ".

IX. REMOVAL FROM AND RESTORATION TO THE REGISTER
27. (1) When it is brought to the notice of the Council that a Removal of nurse who is included in the Register (in this part of the Nurse from Rules referred to as
Register. the respondent ") has been convicted of a felony or misdemeanour or crime or offence, or has been guilty of any misconduct, the Registrar, after making such further enquiries relative thereto as he may think necessary, shall lay the matter before the Disciplinary and Penal Cases Committee of the Council, who shall report to the Council thereon.
(2) The Council may, at any stage of the case, take the advice of a Solicitor appointed by the Council and may instruct him to obtain precognitions of witnesses and other evidence in support of the allegations against the respondent, and may in such cases as they think fit decline to proceed with the matter unless the evidence in support of the charge (other than the evidence of a conviction) appears to them
conclusive.
(3) Before reporting on any case to the Council, the Committee shall invite the respondent to furnish any statement or
