5 a.m. from April to September.
(a) Junks shall have their certificate number
suitably marked on their hulls in such a
manner as the proper Hong Kong authorities
may direct.
Supervision shall be exercised
by the proper British authority over stores
carried.
(e) All trading junks on arrival at or departure
from the Colony shall enter and clear at
one of the following anchorages:-
Victoria, Yaumati, Shaukiwan, Sai Kung,
Tai 0, Cheung Chau, Aberdeen, Tai Po,
Stanley, and Taun Wan.
Provided that the above list may be varied
by mitual consent at any time.
(f) Every trading junk on entering and on clearing
at an anchorage in the Colony of Hong Kong
shall have its licence book and also iya
Chinese Mari time Customs pass book endorsed
and dated by the Proper Hong Kong Authorities.
The proper Hong Kong authorities shall
satisfy themselves, on each ocassion when a
trading junk enters an anchorage in the
Col ny, that such junk has reported at the
proper Chinese Maritime Customs tation both
on its voyage to the Colɔny and on its last
voyage from the Colony.
(g) If any trading junk fails to produce its
Chinese Maritime Customs pass book and proof
of payment of Customs dues the proper Hong
/Kong
