You will remember my saying a word about the Univer- sity of Hong Kong. The subject presses very much on my thoughts. The position of the University there is very like that of the University of Leeds as I remember it in 1911.
I wish you would read the enclosed letter, which came yesterday, from one of our Univ. men L. Forster who is Professor of Education there and a thoroughly good sort. He doesn't know that I am showing the letter to anybody.
