It is however, possible that the Government may not be prepared to
consider the acceptance of risks, but would prefer to accept,
as they have done previously, an inclusive lump sum contract, in
which case No.1 Tender of Messrs. Sir W.G.Armstrong Whitworth
Co.La. is the lowest acceptable tender.
The original Tenders are herewith returned, together
with copy of letter from Messrs, Sir W.G.Armstrong Whitworth
& Co.Ltd. dated 30th September, 1925.
