Referring to our telephone conversation
of the 25th I send herewith a copy of a letter,
with enclosure, from the Acting Auditor, Hong
Kong, on the subject of leave to the Private
Secretary and Aide-de-Camp to the Governor.
You said that you would be good enough
to state the position as a basis for our reply
