Hongkong for the purpose of forming an appeal Court.

Travelling exmeer and subsistemos «llowance will continue

to be paid os hitherto. The same arrangemarƐt will apply

to the Chief Justice at fongkong, or his deputy, when ne

proceede to Shanghai for the parpose of forming un appeal

Court and you are authorised to make payment accordingly.
