I have examined the accompanying Ordinance intituled
An Ordinance for the incorporation of the Christian Brothers School
known in French as "L'Institut des Frères des Ecoles chrétiennes"
and known in Hongkong as "St. Joseph's College,
and I au of opinion that the Ordinance is one which is not contrary to the
Governor's Instructions.
