governing body as the Governor-in-Council may approve. Should the total number of pupils at any time fall below 100 Government shall have the right to re-enter and resume the lot hereby granted, (f) The Lessees to construct substantial retaining walls

where necessary in the event of their cutting away the hills to level the sites or in the event of

materials being deposited on the area for a like purpose. Should a landslip occur as the result of such cutting or lewelling the Lessees will be held

responsible for any damage resulting from or brought about by such landslips.

(g) The design of the exterior elevations and the

planning and disposition of any building proposed

to be erected on the lot to be subject to the special approval of the Director of Public Works. (h) The position, width, etc., of the existing road

shown on plan may be varied by the Government but

two rights-of-way will be granted from Goverment

roads in positions to be approved by the Director of

Public Works, The Lessees of the lot shall construct

a road or path on the piece of ground over and along

which such right-of-way shall be given at such time

or times and in such manner as the Director of

Public Works may direct and shall uphold, maintain

and repair such road or path and everything forming

portion of or appertaining to it to the satisfaction of the Director of Public Works, and the Lessees

shall be responsible for the whole as if they were

the absolute ower thereof.

(1) A service main will be laid from a convenient point

on the Wong-nei-chong unfiltered supply main to a tank capable of holding at least one day's supply which must be erected by the Lessees in a position

to be pointed out. The work in connection with the laying of such main, etc., will be carried out by
