I have pleasure in certifying that Mr; P. J. Taylor has sailed in this vessel as 2nd, Engineer extending over a period from 19th, January 1910to January 1912 during which time I have always found him to be an exceptionally capable, trustworthyand strictly
sober man -
He has always carried out his duties in a thoroughly satisfactory and able manner, and one likely to excel
in his profession.
He is leaving this vessel to take a shore appointment for this company at Hong-Kong and I wish him success.
