5. Pupils in attendance at a pay School will not be admitted except with the approval of the Head-master of the School.
No class will be formed unless there are at least 5 students but any class once started will be continued as long as a student is in attendance.
1. Lecturers are appointed for the year except in the case of classes of a tentative nature where the appointment will be for one month only.
2. The Government may on three months' notice dispense with the services of any lecturer whose classes are considered for any reason to be unsuccessfully conducted.
3. If a lecturer desires to discontinue his lectures from any cause other than illness he must give 3 clear months' notice.
4. It will be the duty of lecturers to see that the attendances of the students at their lectures are duly marked up.
5. Lecturers may, subject to the approval of the Director, take their classes at times other than those laid down in the Time Table should necessity arise.
6. In case of inability to attend from any cause the lecturer must give the Director early notice in writing stating the reason for his absence, so that if possible a substitute may be found to take the lecture.
1. Before any student is admitted to a class the Director must be satisfied that he is capable of benefiting by the lectures he wishes to attend.
2. Each lecturer must report to the Director any student whom he finds incapable of following his lectures.
