With reference to the trust deed required by para. I of the Regulation for Building Grants, the Missionaries of the Basel Mission, in whose names the ground, on which the proposed school building stands is registered in the land office, are willing
to sign endorsement on that deed to
the effect that, being the
legal owners of the premises, they Declare, that they hold the premises for which a building grant is asked for in trust for educational purposes only and that they will keep the school always subject to inspection and management in accordance with the principles of the grant in aid scheme. The Government
will supply them with a form of a separate trust-deed, containing the stipulations included in para. 5 of the Building Grants Regulations, the undersigned
will see that it is executed in due form by the legal owners of the premises
