Buckingham's Despatch No.200 of 3rd December 1868, arrived here on the evening of Saturday, the 5th Instant and entered on the Monday following on the discharge of the duties of his department.
Mr Moorsom has received an advance of £300 from the Government of Trinidad to defray the cost of his passage, which he engages to repay by quarterly instalments, and as requested by the Government of Trinidad, I have now to ask your Lordship to direct the Crown agents to repay the sum of £75 quarterly to the Government of Trinidad commencing from the 1st of October next.
