Supply Supply is the plan of production. It is a relationship between the price of a good and the quantity produced.
Factors Affecting Supply There are 6 factors affect-
ing supply:
1. Price of the good
Normally, when the price of a good
increases, people are
able to produce more. Conversely, when the
price decreases, peuple will produce less. Prices of related goodg
When two goods are in
joint supply, a rise in
the price of one good
will cause an increase
in the supply of
expansion of the firm.
The choice of
different objectives
affects the supply of a good.
6. Producer's expectation
If the supply of good cannot be increñaed quickly, expectation of rising prices will cause a fall in the present supply, su that more can be offered for sale wheD the price rises. But.
if the supply at a good can be increased
rising prices will increase the supply.

While supply refers to the entire relationship
between an array of prices
and the quantities produced, quantity suppliedt refers to a particular quantity produced at a particular price.
