THE REORGANIZATION OF THE KMT GOVERNMENT 1923-1926.
A. Weaknesses of the:
KMT in 1923
Politically, the
KIT headquarters in Canton bad very weak. control overn the surroundling towns and villages. The KMT party itsel had only a limited membership and was divided and in- efficiently organized. Financially the
INT government. could collect only a small part of the taxes.in Kwangtung • ffi.Militarily, the KMT
army was veak and inefficient.

Inflation refers to conditions when the general prices and costs of goods and services are rising continuously (i.e the value of money is declining in a continuous manner. The common causes of inflation are as follows:
